- We fail to deliver your travel documents within 12 hours of payment confirmation.
- The PNR (Booking Reference) code provided is invalid or cannot be verified on the airline's website at the time of delivery.
- Our support team fails to solve system errors on our side that prevent document delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Because GDS systems charge non-refundable fees to hold flight reservations, refunds are not granted in the following scenarios:
- User Data Errors: Providing incorrect passenger names, check-in dates, or departure/arrival codes once the GDS reservation has been registered.
- Change of Travel Plans: Cancelling your request after the PDF has been successfully generated and delivered.
- Visa Rejection: Visa decisions depend on many factors beyond the flight itinerary (such as bank statements, employment verification, and travel history). We do not refund fees for visa refusals.
- Airline Cancellations: Airlines may occasionally release unpaid reservations earlier than expected during periods of high demand. We assist in generating a new itinerary for free in these cases, but do not issue refunds.
3. Requesting a Refund
